- "Heroes Assemble” Summer Reading Program Start Dates:
- Monday, June 6, 2015: Montclair Library
- Monday, June 13, 2015: Chino and Chino Hills Library
- Join the Galactic Forces at your local San Bernardino County Library
- Log your progress in your reading log
- Take a trip to the Library to pick up your reward. (Don’t forget to visit us weekly to receive your rewards and enjoy our special programs throughout the summer)
- Barnes and Noble: “Summer Reading Triathlon"
- Join Barnes & Noble's 20th Anniversary Summer Reading Program, special Opening Ceremony on Saturday, June 4th at 11AM in B&N Stores Nationwide
- Kids earn a free book by reading three(3) books and completing a journal about the books they've read.
- Here is How:
- Step1: Fill out the Summer Reading Triathlon Reading Journal (PDF).
- Step 2. Bring the completed Reading Journal to your local B&N store between May 17 - September 6. Find a Store.
- Step 3. Choose a FREE BOOK from our selection on the Reading Journal list at the store... Enjoy reading!

- Kids read, log minutes all summer, Unlock stories & earn reward
- Sylvan's Reading Program: "Book Adventure"
Sylvan Learning's Book Adventure program is a year-round reading program because it goes on all year long. This is a great program to verify your children's reading comprehension.
- Register your child on Book Adventure Reading program website
- Child reads a book
- Log in the child's Book Adventure account and take quizzes (The quizzes can be retaken once if needed)
- Once quiz is completed, the child will be awarded with points and can be traded in for prizes
- Chuck E. Cheese: Reading Rewards
- Download and print out the calendar
- Mark the days off each day your child's reading for 2 weeks
- Bring in the completed calendars to Chuck E. Cheese's and receive 10 free tokens as a reward
