Macaroni Kid Review: Outdoor Explorer Toys

August 16, 2012
I have been invited by Uncle Milton to review some of their new National Geographic Outdoor Explorer Toys. These toys came to our house at a perfect time, since our family has been enjoyed exploring new trails in our neighborhood during the summer.

The 4-in-1 Explorer Navigation Tool is one of my son's favorite toy now. This 4-in-1 Explorer Navigation Tool comes with a compass so you can teach your kids about direction. In addition, it also has the thermometer which will help my son to monitor the outside temperature. My son also loves to use the signal mirror and whistle to communicate with others!  With all the hiking trails in the neighborhood, this toy would be wonderful for our kids to take to explore the outdoor. At the same time, we also enjoy the quality time together as a family.

This week we also checked out the All-Terrain Nature Collector. My son likes to take this collector when we went hiking so he could pick up rocks, leaves, or insects. At the end of the grabbing mechanism, there is a snap-on critter-collecting domes so the kids can examine the insects without touching them. With All-Terrain nature Collector and The 4-in-1 Explorer Navigation Tool, my son is looking forward to our family's hiking time (every Wednesday after dinner) so that he can explore the outdoor and play with his new toys!
